I think it probably would. Another problem I found though is the solid closed tube makes it impossible to stay clean.

my CS-100 Chastity steel adventure. Not a bad idea but the closed tube prevents it from being a long term solution. It also didn’t quite prevent pull out. I loved the integrated lock though and wish my current cage had that.
